Dissapointed

Our wedding was a year and a half ago. We had a lot of trouble getting our photos from her, she finally sent a CD. Now 18 months later we still haven't received our printed photo's. My husband and I have phoned many times, she has since changed her phone number, I have left messages and sent emails. The last time she responded was 6 months after the wedding when she rep**** with an email saying she will print the photos and courier them and send us the tracking number, I have not heard from her since.<br> We paid for a package and did not receive everything we paid for.<br> I am very dissapointed.
