Standing ovation

I had the privilege of utilizing Margate sands accommodation and it is with immense pleasure and gratitude that I make it known my fabulous and unforgettable experience. It would be a travesty of justice if I failed to do so. It is said first impressions is lasting impressions. How true. From the moment we entered Margate sands the atmosphere and ambience reeked of professionalism and warmth. My family /friends and I were greeted by a gentleman known as Charles at reception. His character oozed of friendliness, politeness And he wore a genuine smile on his face. We could already sense that there were better things to follow. As we met other staff members on our way to room, they all greeted us and made us feel very welcome. As we entered our room (07) we were further taken aback. This was beyond our expectations. The level of cleanliness, value for money comfort and equiste finishes left us in awe - struck. Our accommodation had all we wanted and much much more the stunning and beautiful unobstructed sea views from the lounge patio and main bedroom area were literally to "die for". A minor issue with the air conditioning was so speedily and professionally rectified. The levels of service from all staff members that we interacted with was beyond our expectations. They even left a trolley at our car for our luggage. A standing ovation goes out to all of them for their dedication and going above and beyond their call of duty. I would definitely visit margate sands again and again and recommend it to all my family and friends. The only regret that I have is that I only stayed for one night at this seaside paradise. Hats of to Margate sands and their staff. Keep up the excellent work.
