Margate Sands Very Un-Accommodating

I booked at Margate Sands via Booking.Com and could travel due to Lockdown Level 4 restrictions and the fact that I live in Gauteng could not travel. This hotel has to be the most unhelpful hotel and it was their way or the lose my money. You would think that businesses in the hospitality industry would be more accommodating during this time, but must say this was a shocking experience and one would ask the question are these hotels really having it bad during the pandemic and must say this particular one, did'nt seem like.
