Margate sands not disability friendly after they told us there were

If I could give a lower rating I would!when we booked in, we specifically asked if there were functioning lifts for my father who has motor neuron disease and cannot possibly walk up and down from the 6th floor where they booked us in. On arrival, 1 out of the 2 lifts worked. On our 3rd day, both lifts were out of order and my father could not get down. The manager, Leonard who pushed me out of the way when talking to him, told me that he had been phoning since last week and can't do anything about it, we can have my father carried down by others (as if he does not have dignity). Leonard refused to give me his last name and told us at the end of this that he refuses to talk to us any further because he simply did not have any solution. He also admitted that there is no evacuation plan in place if the lifts are out of order for the disabled and elderly who can't get down using the stairs. This place is a joke. I will never be returning here. Leonard's manager was not even in the office at 10:20 yet and could not be reached. Please avoid.
