Discontented - Refurbishment of Time Share Units

I bought twee weeks of Time Share at Margate Sands in 1988. (10MF8 AND 10MF11)<br> I am serious discontented regarding the refurbishment amount that the Owners of Margate Sands have to pay.<br> The amount is R1476.00 per week per year and that amount has to be paid for the next 8 years to come. That means that I have to pay a total amount of R24 000.00 towards refurbishment.<br> We are paying our Levy every year and I am not prepared to pay this big amount for refurbishing the building, because the Levy amount is R5725.00 per week per year, which is a lot of money.<br> Please find attached all the documents regarding the refurbishment. I think it is ridiculous to pay this big amount as well as the Levy. I am not prepared to pay this amount for refurbishment and I want Legal Advice please. Please investigate the case and let me know what the way forward will be. <br>
