Bad service ever

I had a bad service at Margate sands…on the 20Jan 2024 I was in Margate sands hotel already booked online and paid successfully….on arrival I was told that I had to pay R40.00 for a second car.When I swipe using my card they debited R2824.00 instead of R40.00….up untill today my money has not been refunded and I had to myself checking the process and they are requesting different documents to different people at that hotel with no feedback.I do not know whether I am going to get my money or I lost it.Margate sands manager is also aware he also requested some documents that I’ve already sent…I am really hurting they do not care because I paid double for 1 room ….why?I will never forget that bad service
