Booked accommodation here last year for February through #safarinow. Been trying to get my refund ever since the beginning of December. I'm told that the hotel has been with holding my money ever since and is not paying it back. I've been patient enough. After numerous attempts of trying, I will now be taking it further and they will be exposed. Do not book here.
