FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST!!!

What a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend anyone to make reservations at this hotel . Firstly they falsely advertised. Their online virtuals of their rooms do not match the actual place. I booked online and when I got to the place, I wasn't happy. They offered me another room, of which I was still not happy with, and when I found a room on their premises that I did like, they said it was occupied and it didn't have any privacy whatsoever. Secondly the "hotel" knows nothing about customer service. When I asked for a refund of which I paid cash, I was told that I can't get it. When I asked to speak to a superior I was told that he was at home and will only speak to me the following day. This is such a disgrace as when I was on the phone with the receptionist "zanele" she actually had the decency to drop the phone in my ear, when I was still enquiring about an alternative resolution to the situation. I would really rate this hotel a 0 star if that was an option. And will be expecting a full refund as she also had the decency to say that "obviously the online pictures will not be the same as reality ". Please advise who is fooling who? I paid for a service that was not rendered and now I want my money back in full.
