Shocking service

Good day I would like to advise you of the terrible service I received from Margate beach lodge I arrived at 18h20 to be told I didn't confirm or pay and they sent the chef home meanwhile I booked for dinner bed and breakfast, the staff hardly greeted the guy was rude and had a match in his mouth and told me I didn't leave my credit card details meanwhile when I booked there was nowhere to pay I was told to pay when I got there I will be reporting them to hello Peter as I don't want someone else to have to deal with what I went through today so I cancelled my booking and came to Margate hotel
