I've been ****med and the dealer walks away

Community of the Lower South Coast AND specific Margate Manaba Don't go to Margate Auto Electrical to have your aircon re-gas. I took my car and the paid the first time. Just to find out the aircon was not working. I called and complained and Jaco said bring your car he will test it personally I did Jaco agreed yes there is no gas and offered to do it again. 'He connected the re-gas appliance and got in his car drove off and left me standing alone next to my car. When he EVENTUALLY got back he was upset that nobody removed the appliance after it was fully re-gas. Long story short I drove off and 200metres down the road my Compressor exploded damaging the condenser and expansion valves. He just walked away and said "IT HAPPENS" I, am a single pensioner lady and had to take the knock of R38 500 to replace a TOTAL NEW AIRCON. When I reported him to RMI ...I got this reply and I copy and paste "Reference RMI KZN ***X/BH

BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR AIRCON RE-GAS ASK THE DEALER FOR HIS REGISTRATION OF THE CURRENT YEAR THAT HE IS REGISTERED with the RMI. IF NOT run for the hills and find a registered Dealer. Being not registered speaks for itself of what you can expect.
