Mardispace warranties are useless as they will not repair leaks when these are clearly the result of building faults
MARDISPACE developed our sectional title apartments called Le Chateau in Fresnaye, Cape Town. Ever since hard-over mid 2023 we suffered severe waterproofing issues, paint defects and many leaks. Waterproofing experts Khusela and AGH Projects concluded mid 2025 that our building did not comply with various regulations. As owners we called upon the 5yr waterproofing warranties provided by Mardispace yet they do not honour their own warranties and are unwilling to repair damages. A companies' reputation is usually only tested when called upon; in this case Mardispace clearly FAILS as they do like to sell real-estate but are not willing to comply with their own provided warranties
