Marc"s Beach Bar feels like my second home
I went to Marcs yesterday and had the best service and experience ever. I often visit Marcs Beach Bar Langebaan, it is really service with a smile. The waiters make you feel that you are welcome. I had the fried baby marrow chips with tartar sauce, delicious crispy and the perfect snack with a glass of semi sweet white wine. Perfect !

Marc"s Beach Bar feels like my second home

Bad service
The person who served us, blatantly ignored a request I made for butter. He/she/they had a beard and mustache, long painted and bejeweled nails and a pony. When the other waiter brought our breakfast, I requested some butter for the second time, I watched him telling our waiter/waitress, but they still ignored it. I ate my toast without butter.... I won't go back

Bad service

Poor Service
Very bad service from waiters. You arrive, sit down and then you wait, and wait, and wait!!!!! Nobody came to ask if we would like something to drink or eat. Nothing. It was not busy but the waiters just stood around at the bar chatting. When we eventually stood up and left they did not even notice. Wake up please, the customer pays your salary. We had a lovely lunch somewhere else.

Poor Service
