I had. trip with Marcopolo for September and when the trip was canceled I was told I could get a refund 30 days after the cancelation, after 30 days when I communicated they said the refund was processed on the last day of October and should be on my account in the next 10 business days. I waited for those business days and now its almost end of November but no refund. Every time I ask about my refund they tell me they gonna be with me shorty, they still checking. After that they gone. Today when I tried to whatsapp them I no longer get the automated message I always get when sending a message, and on top of that there is only 1 tick. I tried to contact them on Facebook and their Facebook page is no longer active, which means they have deactivated it and only left Instagram. Its only a matter of time before they disconnect Instagram as well.
