Marcopolo Holiday Club

I joined Marcopolo Holiday Club last year, i was paying off multi vacation off, I then received an email from them that they are temporary closing down and gave you an option to have your refund back, to which i completed and submitted my banking details and all, i have been sending lots of emails to make a follow up on my refund i cant get hold of them their number dont exist anymore the cellphone number goes on voicemail. They are ****mers.
