False advertising

They promise to give my parents a R1000 because they directed a new client to them.(myself) After deal was through, ...alot of stories...never seen the money. False advertising??? Let me think if the LDV I've bought is a ****.??? The sales person said because he gave discount thats why my parents will not see the promised R1000. At the end of the day, i was the one who bought the LDV not my parents. Honesty is the best policy
