MFS Not applying the Law, ******** clients

I have recently had to deal with Marco Financial Services as they are the financial administators for Mickey Mouse Daycare House, my childs daycare facility. My child has been attending the daycare for around two years, and has over the last few months become very susceptable to catching viruses at school. He spent every other week at home, as he was too sick to attend daycare. This meant employing someone to take care of him at home. It became so bad, that in early Sep 2016, after yet another bout of Flu, we asked to remove him for the remainder of the year. MFS required payment in full for Sep and Oct, even though he wouldn't attend, and agreement that we would bring him back next year. We agreed. Our sone spent the rest of the year happy, healthy and well. January 2017 and the school contacted us several times to return our son to class, "as he is missing out on bonding with his classmates". I returned him to scholl on the 18th, after paying for the Jan fees and new registration fees and signing the contract, and WHAM! on the 20th he was wheezing and coughing and spent the next week at home. We contacted the school on the 23rd to say he would not be returning, this is too much. To which MFS wants us to pay a further 2 months notice. After only 3 days in the year? Where's the cooling off period for a new contract? Now lots of stories regarding its payment for last year, etc. And we are not the only ones who have this issue, it turns out.
