Terrible Service and Request for refund

On 7 Sept 2019 my family visited the Marcels Branch at N1 City Mall. The lady who served us was terribly rude and seemed quite annoyed. When I asked her if she was ok, she responded by saying she just has an offensive personality. I left it there and paid for my transaction. When the shop assistant found that the card machine wasn't working, she threw my card at me on the counter. I paid in cash because her attitude towards me as a customer was awful. Upon receipt of my card statement, I found that the transaction went through successfully,amounting to R74. 50. I am insisting to be refunded please.
