Poor quality and not very helpful staff.

After stating that I wasn't happy with the quality of the topping on my ice-cream (the fudge was all powdery and tasted stale) I requested if I could please receive a replacement without topping the staff member proceeded to question a guy that had 'just ordered fudge topping' and said that I was wrong and no re-fund would be given and that I would need to speak to a manager. (no manager available on the night)<br> No one would waste going back for R23.50 if they where not seriously unhappy with the quality of produce... a replacement should have been given without me having been cross-questioned by a 'previous customer' and staff member.
