Mistreating employees Infront of customers

I was at Marcel's Frozen Yoghurt , the one in Blue Route Mall so I just thought I would like to make more people aware of the way the manager treats her employees. I have witnessed her shouting at one of the employees Infront of the customers (it wasn't the first time according to the employee) and it was humiliating towards the employee and frankly, it was just disgusting.
