Marcels money hungry. Overprised, ****ty service.

Pathetic service. On 24 July we had a super bad experience at Marcels frozen yogurt Mountain Mill mall Worcester.

As i was required to pay a 5star price of R22 for a small ice cream. I expected a 5star service. We ordered toffee flavour on a cone. The ice cream was so soft and was dripping all over and almost fell off the cone. Take in consideration it was 8 degrees outside.

I asked the lady can i have a cup so that i can make sure her ****ty ice cream does not fall on the floor. I was Absolutely shocked after i saw that she charged me R2 extra for the cup without advising that i was going to pay for it.

Its sickening how the passion for service has just hit the bunker in todays everyday life.

I am a regular customer at Marcels Tygervalley and Cape Gate in Cape Town. Marcels will never see me again. Thanks to this branch.
