Location: Marcels Frozen Yoghurt Baywest, Port Elizabeth Time: 16:05-16:20 Description: On Sunday 9 December 2019, I noticed a hair poking out from the chocolate sauce topping. I notified the cashier who told me it's the female assistant. Which later came from the back of the store to the front. Indeed she had long weave with no cover for the hair. Even the male assistant didn't have beard covers. This is something to look at management of Marcels. The products is great, but the hair issue needs to be addressed ASAP.
