Marcels disgusting service

On Sunday 29/05/22 i stopped on my way out to get some ice-cream at the N1 City Mall , Cape Town . We were 3 people in the line. The 1st person was taking their time to decide which is not problem as you can only see the flavors once to get to the cashier. There was 1 person attending to orders the other lady working there was packing up chairs in the shop. As it was taking a bit long to be served i asked her if she could not assist as at this point contemplating going to milky lane. Her response was she is cleaning. It was 4pm and i ask her what time do they close she said 5pm. I was dumbstruck. Why not just clear the line , instead of loosing a potential customer. You should really teach your staff manners. She is a young lady and with that attitude she will have many stumbling blocks in life. When it was eventually my turn she swept right by me expecting me to give her way at till! i feel this is utterly rude. Something needs to be done you will end up loosing so many customers
