I am a disappointed loyal Marcel's fan!

Recently my boyfriend I went into Marcel's. The most popular flavors were not in stock, and the flavor I wanted was not properly set yet even though the store had been open a while. The cashier was unfriendly and rude. Eventually we took a flavor we didn't originally want and it was SOUR :( I wrote on their Facebook page where they asked for my details but have never actually followed up. I'm such a loyal Marcel's fan so this is truly disappointing!
