I bought medium tubs of ice cream yesterday at the V&A waterfront yesterday and was very disappointed and angry when the cashiers both showed me a packet that had been torn open so customers could take there own . I refused to take a s**** frm the packed as all customers hands had been in that packed...they offered me a container with s****s in which still I wasn't happy with, and they just looked at me as if I didn't have a reason to complain....im sure by now the owners should knw that s****s should be wrapped or sealed for hygiene purposes, i really did not expect this and was very disappointed with the service
