Disrespect from store assistant

Today I was at Marcel's in Promenade Mitchells Plain. I was assisted by a young lady requested ice cream on a cone. She called her colleague seeing that the ice cream was soft, her colleague just dumped the ice cream in a cup and poured the soft ice cream in the same messy cone and gave it to us. I told her that the ice cream is too soft, her response was"its not ice cream its frozen yogurt its supposed to be soft" with the most horrible attitude. The ice cream was clearly d*********** the cone and she gave it to us just like that. I've been buying ice cream/frozen yogurt at Marcel's for years I know what it's supposed to look like. I did not at all appreciate being treated like a fool by that store assistant. She does not deserve to be dealing with customers.
