Poor Service

On the 06 September 2019, I purchased a cylinder head (4Y) for a GWM Soyat from Marburg Motor Spares situated in Port Shepstone at the value of R2965.00. I there after fitted the cylinder head and all spares into my motor vehicle and the problem was worst than what it was. I then removed the cylinder head and noticed dent on it. I took the cylinder head back to Marburg Motor Spares on the 08 September 2019 and was informed that I will get a replacement cylinder head by the 11 September 2019. On calling Marburg Motor Spares on the 10 September 2019, to check on the progress of the cylinder head, only to be advised that the cylinder head must go in for a claim and it has a 6 to 8 weeks waiting period. I advised them that I can not wait that long as the vehicle is used for my business and they stated that they agreed to skim the head at their cost. I agreed with their agreement as my vehicle was not mobile and my work was backlogged. I tried in vain to speak to the Manager, Store Owner and the Sales person to be reimburse for the cylinder head as I had lost 6 days of work. I had to pay the mechanic to fit and remove and also had to purchase spares for the fitting.
