customer satisfaction not a priority

I purchased a 5L can of "release agent" from this company and the plastic cap that is meant to seal the can shrank due to the chemical contents. As a consequence the agent all evaporated and i was left with no product! The company has refused any liability in this matter and will not replace the product even though it is clearly their hardware that caused product loss. After numerous emails, Mr Ettore Grancini (Sales and Technical Manager) clearly feels that the ca. R300 for product replacement is too much to pay for customer satisfaction...
