NO SERVICE FROM ISP

This is now the second time in one year that we don't have service from our ISP Marblesharp. Mr SP Van Blerk (The Owner) advised on 6 July that no one will loose their money and that the company has issues and has to move premises. We have to use alternative ISP in meantime.

Until today no word again as to when we will get our "Credit" money or when we will have service again. Both Call Centre numbers for Marblesharp and Eccsystems is no longer functioning, nor are their emails. Mr Van Blerk ( ********** ) is a con-artist and ***** to say the least. Within one year we have been without service for 5 months.

He owes me nearly R1700 in credits. Do not deal with this man ever. The 50+ year old **** sits on his farm in Malmesbury and has too many fingers in the pie with other businesses such as wood shavings etc, that he does not care what happens to the other customers.

I feel sorry for Andries from Ecc who also got conned to believe it would be a great deal to go into business with this man. Will now have to fork out money again for a new installation and get a new ISP that is reliable and that has Uncapped Wi-Fi in my area and what will not withhold credit owning to me!!
