Disgraceful

My experience with Marblecast has been an absolute and utter disaster! I ordered 6 very expensive basins from this company, they were initially delivered late, however every one of the basins was warped to the extent that they could not be installed, after being told to use a hairdryer to correct the problem, they agreed to ship the basins back to Cape Town for repair, and have them re delivered before the 20th may. 8 weeks after the 20th May the 5 of the six basins arrived! To date the remaining basin has not been returned to me, nor do they have any information as to its whereabouts.it was apparently shipped to me 3 weeks ago.

Since I started dealing with this business no more than 3 contact people have resigned, their apparent Director Keen is in Malaysia attending to other business and has not responded to messages. What this business has done is tantamount to theft!

To any person who would consider purchasing a product from this business please don't. You will literally be throwing your money down the empty drainage pipe in your bathroom.
