Marble Fantasy CC - aggressive behaviour

So why this review. The one join had to be redone. The grooves for the sink were forgotten so the slab had to be taken out and sent back. Then I picked up a rust stain on the Friday and called out International Slab Sales (ISS) technician Kyle who could only visit the following Monday. This was too much for Marble Fantasy CC owner Mario. He wanted the balance of his payment on Friday. I said Kyle was coming out on Monday to inspect. I said it looked to be ISS's fault judging by the square shape of the stain. I said it wasn't his fault, but rather the supplier. He ranted and raved saying it wasn't him and that I had made the stain. He threatened to take out the slabs. I said ISS will come inspect on Monday and he is welcome to be at the meeting. He wanted his payment and again threatened to take out the slabs. Monday came and Mario arrived 30 minutes early. He brought five of his guys and they barged their way onto the property. They took over and pulled all the dust covers off the slabs. They all filled the kitchen and stood ready to take out the slabs. I said their aggressive behaviour was not acceptable. We need to wait for Kyle and I didn't appreciate their bullying tactics. Mario had revved up his guys and they all stood ready to get to work. There were six of them and only me. I felt terribly threatened and called the local security company. When they arrived, Mario's guys became less aggressive and became more respectful. I told Mario that I could ask him to leave at any time, but because I knew the stain was not his fault, I would tolerate him and his guys aggressive bullying behaviour. Luckily Kyle arrived early and started to work on the stain. Ten very tense minutes passed as we all stood watching Kyle. Luckily he was able to save the situation. He removed the stain easily by hand. No fuss. Mario ranted on about being in this business for 27 years. I asked him how come he couldn't clean a simple rust stain? No response. I said their aggressive behaviour and bullying tactics was not acceptable! Mario demanded his money. As the stain was now removed, I had no problem with paying him the balance. They all stood around inside the kitchen, crowding the room, making things very unpleasant. They didn't leave until they received the proof of payment. Mario said I was trying to get his guys to do work behind his back. This was a lie. I thought Mario had sub-contracted the installation. His foreman could have denied giving me his number, but he didn't.
