Unfinished drilling work

I would like to lodge a complain against a company called Marble Drilling specialising in drilling and cleaning of boreholes. The company is situated in Marble Hall and their contact numbers are: Office: ***; Peter: ***. We have requested a borehole extension of 25m at Kammel rivier 'A'(Madubaduba) in Mpumalanga which they charged us R18 500 and the money was paid full in cash, however the company failed to finish its work. They since drilled the hole and left on the 06 August 2021 and they said they will come the following day to install the pumps and everything but they never came back. Several follow ups were done and they never came back to finish their work. Their service is very poor where they hardly answer their phone which becomes even more difficult to follow ups.

Please hellopeter, assist in this matter be resolved as soon as possible because we really struggling with water.
