Marble Classic Nightmare!

Marble Classic, 18c Plane Road, Spartan. Worst company to do business with! We purchased Granite Tops from them with documented delivery to be within 14 days. After they "forgot" to came out to do measurements, I phoned them to find out where they were, a draughtsman came out to do the measurements. Order and first payment was done on 10 May 2019. Job card approval sent to them on 13 May for manufacturing to initiate a formal process. Drawings were only sent to me for approval and returned on 21st May 2019 for manufacture to start and sent to them. Long and short they fitted the tops arrived for installation on 3rd June 2019. On 4th of June I requested a meeting with the MD as the tops were NOT what was ordered. Edge of tops were supposed to be RADIUS 8 as per drawing and our request, bur was maximum R 3! Width of tops were supposed to be 630 mm but were in places only 620 mm. Corner at point of door entry were supposed to be Radius 15, but was left as SHARP corner. The Marketing Manager came out to see the results on 6th June with another representative of their company. They saw the pathetic workmanship and offered some discount, and or rework of the 15 mm radius on site, which was not acceptable to us. We did agree to a +/-20% discount, but we now sit with only the Granite "colour" that resembles anything we wanted. Be aware! 1.They claim it is someone else's responsibility for not informing their clients of progress 2. They accept their "sub-standard quality"but blame manufacturing glitches and machines not working. Edges were done "by hand". NO CUSTOMER ETHICS - Pathetic quality and service.
