Wrongful Blacklisting

On Behalf of my Mother she received a call today from the company Stating that her account was in arrears and that she would be blacklisted. According to the latest Statement and communication with Joshua Doore Head Office the account was up to date. This is not the first time that she has received such phone calls from the Rude Call Centre Agents. This has Escalated to a point that she has even contacted the Police as she feels intimidated by your company.
