Why this bad treatment, yet chidren are suffering?
This relates to the matter of Compensation Claim to the beneficiaries of my late husband, H. Nhlengethwa, who passed away on the 14th of December, 2013.

In dealing with the Claim issue I must say that I have been moving up and down since from January last year.

My main problem is that I am staying and supporting my 4 children and one grandchild, and I am struggling, financially, because I had to take all the UIF money and pay tuition fee for my son who is doing a first-year study at Oval College.

I have been moving up and down for help, and Labour Department advised me to re-apply and then gave me the forms to take to JG Group in Newcastle, so that they help me to fill the forms and bring it back to them.

Now I am stuck with JG Group because they are saying that they cannot trace the forms that was filled by one of their employees who assisted me because he is no longer working with them. I went to the Labour Department to get another forms and submitted them but they said they still gonna check for old ones, I waited for the whole day but I was not assisted. They promised to check for them and phone me but they have not done so, but instead I have become their, daily, joke.
