What the hell is going on

A month ago I was advised my account is in arrears and I was told I need to contact your debt collections company being ADRS and I did call the a lady by the name of rennet assisted me and we made arrangements for me to pay of which I did last month. Surprisingly today I get a call from a guy named Simon from jabulani mall with number *** saying that he is giving me 7 days otherwise they coming to repossess. In my understanding the store isn't supposed to call with regards to my assets being reposed or whatever even the head office isn't aware of this action I need someone to explain to me what in the world is going with my account
