what does 2 year guarantee mean

I purchased a 3pc lounge suite at morkels in Alexandra on the 2014-01-27 the SKU number is *** action lounge suite brown in color the 3 seater couch showed signs of tearing and some white sponge was coming out, I reported the matter on the 27th of April at Alexandra I was told that they are off line by the manager, then on the 28th of April 2015 I called the number:*** spoke to Lerato she then said she will get back to me , then I received an sms confirming that my complaint has been lodged with the ref number:GE ***,then on the 18th of may a pick up vehicle came and collected the lounge suite with the registration-CW17JBGP one of the guys called me and said the couches were damaged upon arrival funny because the lounge suite was in a box then I called jet park to complain about the rude guy who picked up the couches I spoke to Lucritia she said the manager will get back to me today its the 1st of July 2015 nobody has called me and I still has not received my couches whenever I call Jet park Im told the couches are with the supplier. I went to Alexandra Morkels a Nkosinathi called Jet park and spoke to Alebrtina who confirmed that they have the couch
