UTTERLY USELESS SERVICE AND ********** ON DEDUCTIONS!!!!

this company need less that 1 star rating. they always state account as being behind however bank statements contradict what they are saying. and when you ask for a complete statement run from day 1 of the account they always promise it will be sent within 5 minutes and yet it never arrives!!! A WARNING TO OTHERS NEVER OPEN ANY ACCOUNT IF ITS RUN BY THIS GROUP AS YOU WILL SUFFER UNBELIEVABLY!!!!!
