Unsuccessful electricity purchase

I made an unsuccessfull electricity purchase with time bank account which I realised that I am not the only one that suffered that situation my friend too got the same blow, with me it was not for the first time. I puchased electri5y for the amount of R55.00 and ussual I expected an sms with voucher details but I waited until today, worse because I was sourcing that for someone else that I asked to use her deep freezer for which we agreed that I will make a top up of electricity units for her meter number, I looked like a bad ***** who fools other people to use their resources with sly tactics. I still don't know what to do because Tyme Bank is the only bank in which I have some money although it's so little.
