Undelivered order

I bought an IPhone 11 on the 9th of May 2022 I still didn't receive it even today I have been calling incredible connection for the past 3 days no one seem to give me concrete answers they just tell me there's a delay and that's it. So I would like to cancel my order and receive money and I will never buy from incredible connection online as they never deliver within the agreed period.
