Unauthorised deduction

I have settled my account on the 19th June 2015 and sent the proof to inbound as per the settlement letter and copied Matilda Legwane that sent me the settlement letter to ensure that everyone has received the proof of payment. To my dismay there is a deduction on my account today!!! I want my money back to my account TODAY!! I have experienced a very bad experience with Joshua Doore, first it was a damaged sofa.. now a deduction that is unauthorised...<br> <br> I would not even bother buying anything from you... it is such a hustle and one cannot rest assured that they are serviced at best because your service is very poor..... N***
