Two Weeks later, still no delivery

Rochester strubens valley is a very horrible representation of your brand. I have constantly been receiving unsatisfactory service every time I buy from there. The most recent one I bought a couch and was told by Olebogeng Kanaomang that the couch is ready. I then came to pay the balance in full on the 25 October 2017 till today I have not received my couch almost 2 weeks later. The store manager is telling me about some block on the IT system that has nothing to do with me. I don't owe you anything but you still have not delivered my couch. You are earning interest on my money that is sitting in your bank account while I don't have the couch.

I am going to report you to the consumer protection commission and the National credit regulator for ********* conduct and ******ion and I'm also going to open a ******** case and civil case against you.

You have very little regard for customers and you also deceiving and dishonest. I want nothing to do with rochester or any of the JD brands. I will never purchase anything from you and will ensure that my friends and family know about this underhand practice you have been conducting your business by.

Further more, the customer feedback website is not working, why have it if we can not use it as disgruntled customers. Everything about Rochester is not working.
