I have been receiving these messages from your legal department regarding an outstanding amount of R4000 to be made otherwise the television worth R6500.00 will be repossessed on Monday failing which I will be blacklisted.<br> <br> I have paid in total R9700.00 on this account and now your company wants me to pay an extra R4000, which means Joshua Doore wants me to pay in total R13000 for this television which is twice the price. I think your company is at a place of robbing us South Africans and treating us as though we are illiterate. I have seen numerous complaints from your customers on Facebook pertaining to the same situation I am in.<br> <br> I am truly seeking to contact the Ombudsman or Speak Out for their advice on how this matter can be resolved for me. I refuse to pay more than what I have paid for this television. Since when your admin fees are double the price of the item purchased!!! This account has been maintained since I purchased the item in 2014, payment was stopped in June 2015.<br> <br> I have every receipt on hand proving that payment was made timeously and even before due date.<br> <br>
