On the 25th of May I checked my account balance on their self service website and paid the entire outstanding amount. on the 27th of may they sent an email confirming that the account has been paid up. on the Third of June they sent an SMS stating that my account is in Arrears. When I checked on the self service website there is an amount of R1176.38.
