terrible service

am really not pleased with Price and Pride / JDG / JJ Harmse Attorneys , i bought a washing machine last year ,i couldn't't pay it and it fell in arrears however i ended up managing to pay for the washing machine ,i settled my arrears and paid my instalment, a week after they sent me a message stating that i must pay R2000 or else they are coming to take the machine , i called them and spoke to a lady and she advised she is from the legal team and she can see i made payment however their system is not yet updated and she is sorry ,after an hour a van came to my house demanding i give them the machine ,i showed them the proof of payment and the guy that came took pictures of the proof of payment and left , later that same week another guy came demanding the goods i showed him the proof of payment and he also left now am getting wassup messages to tell me to pay or they will take the washing machine ,am more than annoyed, i already paid R4000 the only outstanding amount is R800 someone better say something or else am taking this matter up
