Terrible after sales/no once contacts you for your delivery!

I paid my online laybye on Friday the 4th and still no contact regarding delivery. This is unacceptable as I have been spending my airtime since yesterday trying to sort this out and all I'm getting is someone will call me to confirm.

I want my lounge suit delivered this week. Your after sales service is pathetic. During the purchase Elizabethe Mutaung gave excellent service but now that she has handed over to your delivery people I am struggling! Consistency please. It's Wednesday already and still 0 contact? Haybo no ways. I'm so mad because this is a gift and I need it home asap!
