Tax directives

I have been trying for days to get JDs HR department to sort out my tax directives, to.No avail. Seems they duplicated the directive, and SARS is putting a hold.on my assessment, penalties are involved here, I have exhausted my cellphone airtime with calls to JD, Seems that nobody is able to take responsibility or direct me to the correct people
