Sleepmasters worst service

I bought 2 single beds over a week now from sleepmasters on monthly credit .after receiving them with 2 days the stitches are opening and the mattress is sinking in .I called the pathetic call centre and was only told my complaint is logged and they given me a log number and I will receive a call withing 48 hours. 3 days now no phone call I'm sitting with beds that I cannot use .please collect this terrible beds and cancel.my contract as it seems ul don't want to assist.the after service is a pathetic.if I don't make a payment on my account surely il receive a phone call
