Shocking service

In December 2015 I made my last payment since i then after went on maternity leave. Each month thereafter my UIF was not paid out as promised therefore more payments were missed. Each time I'd get a call I'd make an arrangement as I was told I would get my pay out and each month I was let down, as are many woman in the same situation. On a few occasions I was called and told if I knew I was going on leave why did let I save money. 1st of all who are your agents to be so rude to a once excellent payer? 2nd is that how they are trained? Eventually I was behind by a lot which was out of my hands completely. I went back to work and started to make arrangements with all my creditors only to find out that my Rochester acc was handed over. I tried calling the number given numerous times with no answer. Yesterday 7th June '16 a debt collector showed up at my complex demanding money or removal of goods. After about 3 calls I got a hold of the boss and was told to pay R600. All alone with my sick 6 month old son I had to jump into a car with 2 strangers that drove me and my sick 6 month old to an ATM. They took the money, gave me a receipt and dropped us off. Is this the appalling methods your company uses? I was terrified and disgusted at the same time. Other creditors have been more than understanding given my situation as millions of mothers in SA face the same problem as me. But to be threatened at my home with my sick child is disgusting. I regret ever opening an account with Rochester. Your service is the worst.
