Russells Online-absolute ******* service

I bought a laptop bag via PAYJUSTNOW platform (Russells online) in December around the 22nd and i have still not received it,i emailed and called them so many times,logged a complaint,they have no idea where the item is and keep telling they will investigate and nothing,its a simple laptop bag imagine if it was actually furniture!

They dare send me the invoice like they actual delivered the bag!!! ******* service

Dont ever buy anything online from this group and there service centre is worst!!!

Some companies must still to shops,technology is not the way for them and Russells is one of them
