Rude and bad customer service

Before your purchase a furniture please check if that furniture store is not part of the JD Group . Bought my couches in November 2022 and I was advised they would be delivered before Christmas and guess what I got half of what I bought in January 2023. The leg of the couch was scratching my floor reported the matter after a month someone came to delivered rest of my furniture and tried to repair the leg. January 2024 I logged a call RO ***because both my couches had broblems. The other one the plank broke and the other one the leg broke, nothing. 15th Jan I followed up and I was advised to send pics on email. Fast forward my couches were collected for repairs. 27th Jan I was advised that they were going to bring back my couch. I took leave and around 12 the driver called me to say the could not because the couches were not repaired. 8th of Feb, again they came to deliver my couches another day. To my surprise only the one side was repaired and the leg was not. I sent it back. After that I did a number of follow uos and I was advised they do not have the legs. Fast forward, on the 5 and 6th March 2024 again they said they will deliver and guess what they did not come. 7th March 2024 JD came to deliver my couch and the legs were taller then my other couch. Since it's an L Shape I was advised to separate the two which I was clear I Wil not do that. Sent the couch back. On Friday the 8th March I received a call from one their employees (will reserve the name for now) and the guy was very rude telling me that he does not understand why I sent the couches back and also advised that they were doing me a favor because the legs have no guarantee. I advised him that and they are only saying that now. They have kept my couches for a month and they are only telling me now. He went further threatening me that the will put back the old leg and bring my couches the way they were. He said he will call the store to deal with me. No one has called me since. I bought my couches in Rochester canal walk and they have been very helpful it's pity they are part of this group and I will never purchase from them because of their business associates who are bringing their name down. My couches have 2 years guarantee and now they have kept them for more then a month. I want my couches back within 2 weeks from today.
